 Learning & Development Executive

Job Description

ECS Fin is looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development Executive to join our team. The role will be to:

  • Facilitate learning and development programs for teams spanning across our global office locations
  • Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that meet business needs
  • Engage with key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis and training need analysis.
  • Plan curriculum, identify trainers and manage overall execution of trainings (schedule, delivery and evaluation).
  • Ensure alignment of learning & development strategies with business goals
  • Create content based on the inputs shared by different teams.
  • Plan roll out of programs including timelines, target audience, trainer and mode of delivery.
  • Maintain updated training curriculum database and training records.
  • Execute trainings as per plan, Implement training programs as per monthly calendar or specific project needs at any point of time
  • Develop both web-based and classroom (virtual and in-person) training as well as job aids, reference guides, and other performance improvement tools.
  • Monitor employee and manager feedback results and continuously update training material to support our business goals.
  • Logistics management/ implementing standard set up for training room. Co-ordinate with IT and support teams for the upkeep and maintenance of learning equipment.
  • Co-ordinate the Induction programme for new recruits

Required Candidate profile


  • Problem solving and analytical mindset, interested in process improvement
  • Technical savvy with proficiency in HTML, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in addressing small and medium sized groups (in-person & virtually)
  • Team player with the ability to build and nurture a productive work environment
  • High degree of familiarity of technology and use of technology platforms in learning and communication
  • Proven work experience as a Training Co-ordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
  • Hands on experience co-ordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, techniques and e-learning platforms
  • Familiarity with software development
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a software development / software training environment
  • B.Tech / MCA / Equivalent qualification
