Job Description
- Apply first-principles thinking to analyze product challenges, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to form clear, independent perspectives.
- Communicate complex findings with data-backed storytelling, ensuring clarity across teams with diverse backgrounds.
- Manage personal priorities effectively, work independently, and deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment.
- Document systems, technologies, and end-to-end processes within or outside the product ecosystem.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and initiate corrective actions.
- Leverage consumer behavior insights to identify opportunities for product optimization and business growth.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure smooth execution.
- Education: MBA or B.Tech preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Ops, or related roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to tools such as JIRA or similar project management software.
- Hands-on experience in customer insight analysis and converting findings into actionable outcomes.
- Knowledge of program/project management methodologies.
- A mindset driven by curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
