Job Description

E-commerce managers oversee the sale and distribution of products through online shopping outlets. they have to be more focused on the technology involved in selling merchandise, primarily focused on collaborating with marketing and sales teams to work towards merchandise sales targets.

All e-commerce managers prioritize the experience that customers have when purchasing online. They want the process to be smooth, and they may help address customer issues. They analyze sales data regularly and assess the market in order to help make effective business goals and revise expectations appropriately.

E-commerce managers help shape decisions about products, pricing and promotional strategies. They play a key role in reviewing technological and sales strategies so that they align with the company's goals to produce the intended experience for their customers.


JobResponsibilities:

  • Develop ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data and measure results
  • Pioneer and create new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales
  • Build a trust and foster a relationship to be recognized as a premium ecommerce supplier
  • Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers
  • Actively participate in scheduled internal weekly and annual sales meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information
  • Collaborate with your sales peers, design teams and management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customer

Job Qualifications:

Ideal candidate would:

  • Looking for an innovative and forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities
  • More than 3 years Ecommerce experience in FOOD & GROCERIES, wholesale/retail environment is preferred
  • Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
  • Ability to influence and interact with senior management
  • Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model
  • Experience with digital marketing and online sales
  • Prior experience with ecommerce online sales industry preferred
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills,
  • Actively listens and participates within a team environment
