About This RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to lead the development of internal applications and automation solutions
This role focuses on building enterprise-grade workflows and AI-powered Copilot agents using Power Automate and Copilot Studio
The ideal candidate will collaborate with various HR functions to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions aligned with business goals, Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain applications using Microsoft 365 technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Teams message extensions, plugins, chatbots, and SharePoint, Develop and implement automated workflows integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and third-party SaaS platforms, Build, test, and deploy Copilot agents using Copilot Studio, leveraging natural language prompts, generative AI, and Power Platform connectors, Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into low-code/no-code solutions, Optimize and maintain existing Power Platform solutions and rebuild existing blue prism solutions using Power Automate, Write clean, scalable code and develop testing protocols, Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and manage deployment processes, Stay updated with emerging development tools and industry trends, Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate, 2+ year of experience with Copilot Studio, including building and deploying Copilot agents, A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, web services, and APIs, At least 3 years of experience in developing apps and automation using M365 and Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse), Preferred knowledge of programming languages such as C#, dot net, Node, Java, Python, and PowerShell, Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, Our Benefits
