Hiring for Scrum Master

Expereince Range:- 5+ Years

Notice Period:- Immediate Joiners Only

Work Mode:- Hybrid

Work Location:- Bangalore

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in commerce, computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience with IT development and/or operations domains with 5 years of Agile and Dev Ops practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts and technologies to diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with technical product teams including offshore resources and working in matrixed environments.
• Excellent skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and observability.
• Strong experience in Microsofts ADO and/or Lucid tools. Additional knowledge of SAP ERP would be advantageous.
• Experience handling multiple scrum teams at any given time.

Required Qualifications:

• Preferred to have any Cloud based certifications/SAP certifications
• Scrum master Certification
• Power BI, Azure Dev ops is a must
