Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for Project manager Mobility who is responsible for the overall management of projects, focused on SAP solutions, throughout their lifecycle. The Project Manager provides leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outcome in the context of scope, time, budget and quality criteria, using project management and solution implementation methodology practice and tools.The Project Manager also required to assist during the customer engagement by providing input into the proposal or completing specific proposal deliverables.
Primary responsibilities:

- Proposal writing covering Project management aspect of engagement (Cost/Project Planning/Timelines/Resource matrix with corresponding skill)
- Project documentation (Legal contracts and agreements)
- Effort estimation
- Delivery Planning:
- Deliverables plan
- Resource plan
- Communication structure and plan
- Traits and experience
- Experience on Project Management - Minimum 4 years
- Work Experience of 7 -11 years
- Should have technical orientation (ERP, SAP)
- Awareness of project delivery methodologies, appropriate applicability, implementation strategy
- Experience in people management role
- Experience in managing project financials on the engagement
- Experience in recruiting skilled professionals
- Must have managed accounts of reasonable size and dollar value
- Experience in change management
- Experience in conflict management

- Over 4 years of experience in project management in IT sector including web development and mobility
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web & mobile technologies

- Tracking delivery to meet the projected timelines
- Controlling quality of deliverables
- Managing customer

- Margin projections, tracking and delivering the projected numbers
- Planning on project bonus.
- Planning on project bonus distribution among the team.
