Job Description

Were seeking a seasoned Senior QA Manager with 13+ years of experience to lead our QA efforts. Youll be hands-on in both manual and automated testing, with a strong ability to define and implement an automation framework. The role demands excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of Quality KPIs, and a proven track record of managing test plans, test reports, and releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring high standards in manual and automated testing
  
• Hands-on in defining, building, and maintaining an automation framework using Playwright(Preferred)
  
• Own test strategy and execution, ensuring thorough coverage for all releases
  
• Track, report, and optimize Quality KPIs (test coverage, defect rates, automation pass rate, etc.)
  
• Create detailed test plans, test reports, and ensure proper documentation in JIRA and Confluence
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases
  
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and automation efforts
  

Requirements:

• 13+ years in QA with leadership experience, hands-on in automation and manual testing
  
• Strong expertise in Playwright, test strategy, and defining automation frameworks
  
• In-depth knowledge of Quality KPIs and metrics to monitor and improve testing effectiveness
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and test documentation best practices
