We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Unreal Artist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Unreal Engine development, with additional skills in CAD, Maya, Max, and Revit. This role requires a creative and technically proficient individual who can lead projects, collaborate effectively, and deliver high-quality interactive applications and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality interactive applications and experiences using Unreal Engine.
- Lead project development from concept through to delivery, ensuring high standards and timely completion.
- Integrate assets from CAD, Maya, Max, and Revit into Unreal Engine projects.
- Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and other developers to create immersive and engaging content.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance and stability of Unreal Engine applications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Unreal Engine and related technologies.
- Document development workflows, best practices, and technical specifications.
Primary Skills:
- Extensive experience with Unreal Engine development.
- Proven ability to develop and optimize interactive applications and experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Secondary Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation using Maya and Max.
- Familiarity with Revit for architectural modeling and design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Game Development, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in Unreal Engine development.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous Unreal Engine projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
