Role Summary
As a Senior Sales, you will spearhead sales efforts across the US, APAC, and European regions.
Youll identify, engage, negotiate, and close high-impact deals with global clientsincluding
Fortune 500 organizationsand collaborate cross-functionally to exceed revenue targets and
drive Shaip's growth in AI data services.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Pipeline Development
Drive proactive outreach to prospects and execute strategic account engagement across
multiple regions.
Full-Cycle Sales Management
From lead generation to deal closure, foster relationships, conduct product demos, and
create tailored AI data service solutions.
Client & Partner Engagement
Develop trust with enterprise-level clients; articulate Shaips value of high-quality,
ethically sourced data, human-in-the-loop validation, and technical rigor ShaipBusiness
Connect India.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Liaise with operations, project management, and technical teams to ensure seamless
delivery and client satisfaction.
Achieve Sales Targets & Forecasting
Meet and surpass monthly/quarterly targets, provide sales forecasts and market feedback.
Market Insights & Competitive Positioning
Analyze region-specific AI data market landscapes, monitor competition, and contribute
to revenue strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 5 years in enterprise salesB2B technology, AI/data services, or
SaaS.
Regional Expertise: Demonstrated success in the US, APAC, and/or European markets.
Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication; adept at
complex, consultative selling.
Technical Fluency: Understanding of AI/ML use-caseshealthcare AI, conversational
AI, computer vision, and/or generative AI.
CRM & Tools: Skilled in CRM usage, sales analytics, and pipeline management.
Remote Collaboration: Proven record of success in remote work environments, across
time zones, and with global teams.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Prior exposure to AI training data/data annotation services.
Experience with human-in-the-loop solutions and large-scale data projects.
Knowledge of compliance & privacy standards (HIPAA, SOC2, ISO frameworks)
