Job Description

Hiring for IAM Developer (SailPoint Developer)

Experience Range: - 6+ Years

Notice Period: - Immediate Joiners Only

Work Location: - Bangalore

Work Mode:- Hybrid

Required Qualifications:

University degree in relevant discipline (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, other) or applicable work/military experience
2+ years of experience providing Identity and Access Management operational support
2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Active Directory
1+ years of experience developing within SailPoint IdentityNow IDN platform with JSON experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with IAM principles and concepts (Role Based Access Control RBAC, Multi-Factor Authentication MFA, Joiner/Mover/Leaver, and Single Sign On SSO)
Experience operating within Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
Experience with ITSM ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)
Familiarity with compliance standards and control frameworks (JSOX, NIST, ITIL, GDPR)
Relevant industry certifications (CIAM, Security+, other)
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Solid business acumen; understands how IAM supports business objectives
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working through change
