Data Operations, Associate @ Primetrace

Job Description

• Data Management : Maintain and update data related to provider relationships, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Data Analysis : Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and improve provider performance
• Project Management: Understanding and co-ordinating the delivery of identified automation and improved reporting opportunities within PSG
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance data management and reporting efficiency
• Reporting: Prepare regular & ad hoc reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators
• Collaboration: Work closely with our team and other organizations within BlackRock, including operational oversight and Technology Development Office (TDO), to ensure data consistency and support PSG initiatives
• Champion and Drive Insightful & Impactful understanding of data analysis and automation within our team

• 5+ years experience in a similar role, experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (eg, Excel, Power BI, SQL)
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets and creatively source insights
• Familiarity with automation and artificial intelligence
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelors degree
