Job Description:
Greeting clients and creating a positive office atmosphere
Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices
Organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary
Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets
Ensuring the cleanliness upkeep of Office
Co-ordination with Head Office for smooth office operations
Making First and impressive call to the lead
Making and receiving calls from Students and assisting them with their query
Making Follow-up calls with Students m Assigning Leads to Education
Academic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, education or a related field with Minimum one Year Of relevant Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with visitors and internal teams
