Trident Information Systems is looking for D365 SCM Functional Consultant with experience in manufacturing module.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for End to End implementation for SCM and manufacturing modules.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes (procurement, inventory, manufacturing, order management, logistics).
• Translate business needs into system configurations and workflows.
• Develop test cases for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Work with QA teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Train end users on SCM applications.
• Create user manuals, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Provide hyper care support after implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
• Suggest optimizations for supply chain processes.
• Keep up to date with new software features and industry trends.
