Job Description
Job Summary -
The candidate will have a strong background in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and practical experience building and deploying AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative AI-driven products and solutions.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various business applications.
- Lead and contribute to projects involving Generative AI, including large language models, image generation, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- Analyze and preprocess large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features.
- Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to solve business problems and improve processes.
- Evaluate and optimize model performance using appropriate metrics and techniques.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and Generative AI research and technologies.
- Document processes, models, and experiments for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation, process optimization, and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Take ownership of deliverables and work independently when required.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field or a Masters degree or higher is preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in AI/ML project development with minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Generative AI (e. g. , GPT, Embeddings, Vector databases, Diffusion models)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e. g. , pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
- Solid grasp of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as GPTs, CNN, RNN, k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face ecosystem, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems and semantic search applications.
- Experience developing and deploying ML models via REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with model fine-tuning and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and Vector databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Possession of relevant certification/s in data science from reputed universities specializing in AI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills as well as good presentation skills.
