Are you an experienced Senior Architect looking to be part of a global innovator in People Science and Technology?
If so, SHL is the place for you! In the role of Senior Architect at SHL, you will be accountable for the delivery of SHL products and services that may be delivered by multiple teams and needs effective planning and coordination.

What you will be doing:
- Design, architect & develop highly scalable, resilient, testable services/code.
- Gather requirements, design, and develop high quality deliverables.
- Follow architecture principles to deliver high quality user interface code.
- Review and recommend technology choices and system architectures.
- Collaborate with engineering and product team to create the required design.
- Mentor & coach the software engineers on best practices.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
- Strong knowledge of cloud platform (AWS) and its architecture patterns.
- Expertise in with REST Services, SoapUI and/or POSTMAN
- Experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and solution-seeker.
Desirable:
- Experience with MicroServices (Golang/ node/ spring boot).
- Knowledge of application life cycle initiatives - resource allocation & risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with front-end and back-end development frameworks
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JQuery, Bootstrap (3.3.7 and above)
