Job Description

As an ETL Automation Testing professional with 5 to 8 years of experience, you will be expected to possess excellent understanding of ETL, Data Warehousing, and BI reporting concepts. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing test cases, test scripts, test plans, and test scenarios to ensure end-to-end data quality. Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and familiarity with Redshift, MySQL, and Power BI reporting tools will be essential for success in this role. Your role will also involve understanding source-to-target mapping, requirements, and data transformations to effectively contribute to the testing process. You will be responsible for developing new automation test frameworks and supporting existing ones for functional and performance testing purposes. Monitoring and reporting bugs/defects, as well as collaborating with the development team for timely closure, will be part of your daily activities. A strong knowledge of ETL QA methodologies, tools, and processes is crucial for this position. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, specifically in setting up/configuring Automated Testing with Azure pipeline, is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with GIT/GitHub, JIRA, Agile, and Scrum processes will be beneficial for seamless integration into the team and project workflows.
