As part of the team, your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining AWS and Azure resources using modern Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and GH Actions. You will also be tasked with creating and managing pipelines and automation through GitOps, including GitHub Actions and Jenkins. Additionally, you will develop platform-level services on Kubernetes and automation scripts through code reviews on Github. Building monitoring and alerting templates for various cloud metrics using Splunk will also be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, mentoring other team members on standard tools, processes, automation, and general DevOps practices will be essential to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. To excel in this role, you should possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience along with proficiency in AWS, Azure, and DevOps within a complex development environment. Experience with GitOps, Docker/Containerization, and Terraform will be advantageous in fulfilling the responsibilities effectively. In addition to your technical skills, you must adhere to the terms of the employment contract, company policies, and directives while remaining flexible to changes in work locations, teams, shifts, benefits, and work environment as per the evolving business landscape.
