Job Description

The primary responsibility as an Infoscion would involve actively supporting the consulting team in various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be tasked with exploring alternatives to recommended solutions through thorough research including literature surveys, public domain information, vendor evaluation, etc. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing Proof of Concepts (POCs). Another key aspect of your role would be to translate business needs into requirement specifications, define processes, and create detailed functional designs based on the requirements. You will be involved in configuring solution requirements on products, diagnosing any issues that arise, identifying root causes, seeking clarifications, and shortlisting solution alternatives as needed. Furthermore, you will play a part in contributing to both unit-level and organizational initiatives with the goal of delivering high-quality solutions that add value to customers. Your technical expertise in Technology, DevOps, and DevOps Architecture Consultancy will be crucial in fulfilling these responsibilities. In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will be expected to collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, refine and structure relevant data to contribute to client deliverables. It is essential to stay updated on the latest technologies and trends, possess strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose technology solutions. Industry domain knowledge in one or two areas would be advantageous.
