Proven experience of at least 2 years in technical management / offshore based delivery of Application Development or Maintenance/Support on COTS/Custom software environment. PMP or simiilar certification desirable At least 4 years of recent experience in projects for Telecom, CSP Clients. Strong Telecom Industry domain Knowledge in OSS/BSS area Have hands-on experience in requirements analysis/understanding, estimation, planning/scheduling Possess deep technical knowledge - should have had hands-on SDLC experience (requirements, architecture & design, development, testing and production support experience) in any major technology like Java, .NET, Python, etc. earlier in their career Strong leadership, customer interfacing, process/quality focus, communication skills. Has demonstrated innovation / IP creation at work Prior onshore work experience at customer site (especially in Europe or US) for at least 1 year preferred
