Job Description
- As an AI Consultant with 3-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving AI-driven solutions for our clients. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, defining project requirements, and developing cutting-edge AI applications to meet business needs. You will be expected to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and optimize AI/ML models to solve complex business problems. Your key responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML models, deploying AI solutions using cloud-based services (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), ensuring adherence to ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations, and providing technical guidance to junior AI engineers and analysts. Additionally, you will need to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies and work cross-functionally with software developers, data engineers, and business teams. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, along with 3-10 years of experience in AI/ML development or data science. Proficiency in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and other AI frameworks is required, as well as hands-on experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and Deep Learning. Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and big data technologies is also essential, along with experience in cloud AI services (AWS AI/ML, Azure ML, Google AI) and expertise in AI model deployment, API integration, and MLOps. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in AI consulting or client-facing roles, knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices, certification in AI/ML (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud AI certifications preferred), and experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and automation frameworks.
