Job Description
- As a Technical Solar Sales Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell solar energy solutions to clients with a focus on technical specifications and performance. This role will require you to conduct site assessments, design customized solar energy systems, and provide detailed technical consultations to clients. You will work closely with sales teams to identify client needs, deliver presentations, prepare cost estimates and system proposals, and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project timelines and providing post-sales support to clients. To excel in this position, you must possess a strong understanding of solar technology, engineering principles, and excellent communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and customers. Prior experience in solar sales will be an added advantage, however, freshers are also encouraged to apply. Please note that candidates from Alappuzha District are preferred for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and a performance bonus structure. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in solar sales and be willing to work in person at the designated work location.
