Job Description

Arrange for equity and debt financing Recommend on fund investments. Manage the preparation of the company's budget Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction Financial Analysis Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company Review the performance of competitors and report on key issues to management Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput (output) Participate in target costing activities to create products that meet predetermined price goals Assist in the determination of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing Compile key business metrics and report on them to management Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools will be an advantage Oversee the extension of credit to customers Demonstrate integrity, values, principles and strong work ethic Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Primarily in an office environment. Will be expected to travel as applicable. Must Have Skills : TDS Service Tax Compliances/ Auditing Taxation Knowledge of current India/ US Accounting Laws/ Taxation Nice to Have Skills : Desired Qualifications: The finance Manager candidate should have an MBA degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent business experience and 8+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation. Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in regard to presenting the results of analyses to management. Should have an outstanding knowledge of electronic spreadsheets. Understanding of control rationalization, optimization, effectiveness and efficiency Knowledge of MS office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Good Knowledge of US Accounting on Quick books. Position Summary : Sr. Software Engineer- UI- Engineer will be responsible for ownership of overall development of our software product for our clients. As an owner, you will be responsible for owning the development of application, and maintain quality standards. The Engineer will participate in a day to day scrums, dispose off issues and client requirement / scope changes as required, manage, review and prioritizes the work plans with objective to stay on time and on budget, provide status and progress reviews to Management Team and conduct risk Management Analysis. Role and Responsibilities : Strong programming logical concepts. Thoroughly clear with Object oriented programming techniques. Expert in developing front- end Web application, building rich Internet applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, UI Frameworks like Angularjs Full proficiency in Object oriented java script. Full proficiency in javascript, HTML 5, CSS. Hands on with architectural aspects of front- end development. Strong with Angular JS / Angular2. Good knowledge of back- end API integration. Strong knowledge of responsive web design. Good knowledge of AMD modular architecture. Knowledge of Mobile app development and hybrid applications. Good Knowledge of Cordova- phone gap integration. Good knowledge of Ionic framework architecture. Good knowledge of ES6 Good knowledge of Offline data handling in hybrid mobile applications.
