Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Additionally, the candidate must be proficient in creating and migrating SSRS reports from Power BI to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
Convert and integrate Power BI reports into SSRS reports as per business needs.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and security.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement scalable BI solutions.
Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar BI role.
Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX queries.
Hands-on experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and report migration.
Good understanding of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
Ability to work independently in an onsite environment and interact with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Power Automate or other Microsoft BI stack tools.
Knowledge of Azure services related to data and reporting.
Prior experience in a client-facing onsite role.
