Job Description
Around 5 years of experience in planning and executing brand communication and Digital Marketing strategies and campaigns, including social media, display campaigns. Knowledge of website development, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email marketing, etc. is an added advantageDevelop deep understanding and capability to design, build and maintain the brands social media presence. Implement Digital PR and Digital strategies, campaigns, and social media calendars
Build and execute digital marketing strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Have experience in monitoring social media content and identifying key trends across various social media channels like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Build, handle and own monthly social content calendar to deliver optimized content for each platform
The Marketing Manager should be adept at content creation, including research required for gathering and making ready the base content, and should be adept at creating content across formats
Understand Hani as a brand, its marketing objectives and recommend ATL, BTL campaigns and suggest effective advertising campaigns on social media
The Marketing Manager should be adept at gathering consumer insights through secondary research and primary research, and should be able to distil insights that are required for conceptualizing brand campaigns
Being able to write creative briefs for campaigns and past experience in managing creative and social media agencies is a must
Own the influencer reach-out program including identification of influencers and content creation through them
Test, learn and provide insights on whats working and whats not, and make content recommendations and be able to action learnings in real time
Facilitate communication and execution with the HQ marketing team and all respective Sales and Marketing local Teams, Distributors and Agencies to build Hani effectively in its markets. Close collaboration and alignment with local Marketing and Sales Managers will be crucial in this role to assure execution and Regional plans alignment and reporting
Liaise with existing or new digital vendors and partners to identify and recommend growth opportunities for the business
