On Job training would be provided before deployment

Candidate should be open to relocate

Role & responsibilities

* You will be responsible for looking after the day-to-day running of a co-living (PG) property., where student/ working professionals reside.

* This means making sure that the housekeeping team keeps the place clean, food is prepared and served on time by the kitchen staff, security guards are on duty, and services like internet, laundry, and repairs are working properly. You won't do these tasks yourself but will coordinate with the concerned teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

* You will also speak to students and their parents if they have any questions or complaints and help solve them. You'll handle a team of housekeeping and security staff, keep basic records (like checklists), and work with other teams if anything needs fixing.

* You will also be the main person, people come to if they need help at the property.
