Job Description
Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, and support AGTEK s Windows desktop products.
Collaborate within a small, highly focused development team to deliver quality solutions.
Contribute to architecture decisions and code reviews.
Drive technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and setting high standards.
Work closely with product management, customer support, and sales to refine product features.
Provide guidance on product architecture and design.
Continuously improve software development practices and processes.

Education / Qualifications
BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or Civil Engineering or a related field
Around 15+ years of software development experience, with a strong foundation in modern C/C++ .
Proven track record of designing and delivering commercial desktop applications.
Experience with Windows UI frameworks (WinUI 3).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong software architecture and design principles.
Comfortable working in Agile teams and CI/CD workflows.
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
Proven track record of designing and delivering commercial desktop applications.

Good to Have
Experience in CAD or civil engineering software and APIs.
Exposure to point cloud, 3D geometry, GIS, or graphical rendering systems.
Familiarity with photogrammetry and spatial data processing.
Prior work on Hexagon technologies (e.g., MyVR, HxDR, Luciad).
Experience in DevOps practices and tools.
UI/UX design sensitivity and ability to collaborate with designers.
