Job Description
Responsibilities Identify, design, and implement AI-powered features that elevate user experience and product capabilities.
Evaluate existing product modules to find areas where ML/AI can deliver tangible value.
Prototype, validate, and lead the implementation of AI/ML solutions end-to-end from data pipeline to production deployment.
Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to understand product goals and user workflows.
Translate AI concepts into product features that are reliable, scalable, and easy to use.
Mentor team members in AI concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

Education / Qualifications
BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, Civil Engineering, or related field.
(Preferred) MS or PhD in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Vision, or related specialization.
(Preferred) MS or PhD in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Vision, or related specialization.
15+ years of total experience, with 5+ years in AI/ML roles.
Strong experience in deep learning, computer vision, preferably applied to engineering or geospatial domains.
Expertise in Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, scikit-learn).
Proven ability to convert POCs into production-grade solutions
Experience building and deploying models with on-prem or cloud-based GPU compute (e.g., AWS EC2 with GPU).
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
Strong experience in deep learning, computer vision, preferably applied to engineering or geospatial domains.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and define technical direction for AI in a product.
