PLM TC O42 PLM Test Automation Engineers/Lead 6+ Years Hyderabad PLM Test Automation Engineers/Lead
- Good functional knowledge of Teamcenter PLM, Teamcenter Modules, CAD and SAP Integrations
- Nice to have experience in any test automation Playwright, Selenium
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Influence IT Product Delivery Owners on the requirements Definition of Done and software design, documentation, verification, and validation of requirements
- Oversee and influence BSA s and Development teams of test entrance and exit criteria to meet needs of testing completed
- Participate in product design reviews. Creating and executing test plans, test designs and test cases and generating test status and bug reports for them
- Act as QA Test Lead for large initiatives
- Creating and updating Requirements Traceability between requirements and tests cases for overall test coverage
- Work with the scrum master, project managers and product owners to prioritize, size or deprioritize the backlog during sprint planning meetings
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
- Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Experience in API testing and working with RESTful services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing / test automation development as per standards defined by the organization.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate the technical dependencies and risks.
- Support team to troubleshoot issues. Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive mechanisms.
- Ensure content and structure of all testing / test automation artifacts are documented and maintained.
- Develop coding standards and recommend continuous improvement of processes for test automation
