Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative operations, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our office and providing support to various departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene across office premises.
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained workplace.
  • Manage office security, including monitoring access control and coordinating with security personnel.
  • Purchase required items from the local market or suppliers for office use, if needed
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and track usage to prevent shortages.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees and management.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and courier/mail handling.
  • Collaborate with HR in planning and executing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, budget tracking, and expense management processes.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to senior management and other departments as required.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, processes, and administrative protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
