Essential skills

ASPICE 3.1/4.0 and/or CMMI process implementation in projects
Project life cycles (e.g. V-model, agile/scrum)
Process adherence monitoring and reporting of non-compliances
Process/project data collection, metrics derivation and analysis
Root cause analysis
CM system, defect/issue tracking tools

Preferred knowledge area

Familiarity with one or more programming languages
Software quality factors and measurement
Functional safety process
QMS process definition

Preferred knowledge area

Project management tools (e.g. MS-Project, Jira)
CM system, defect/issue tracking tools

Other skills

Good verbal and written communication skills
