Process Automation Engineer @ Nisum

- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related
field.
- 3+ years of experience in workflow/process automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power
Automate).
- Experience in developing Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps)
Customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and in particular HR Module.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, authentication (OAuth2).
- Familiarity with SharePoint, SQL Server, or enterprise business applications.
- Ability to understand and document business processes in structured formats.

Preferred Skills

Good to have:

- Experience working with Logic Apps, Azure Functions is a plus
- Experience with custom workflow engines like Elsa Workflows or custom API
integrations.
- Exposure to DevOps CI/CD environments and version control (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with AI tools like Microsoft AI Builder, Azure Cognitive Services, or OpenAI
integration.
- Knowledge of SharePoint integration and Dataverse data modeling.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
- Understanding of RPA tools.
- Experience in Oil & Gas sector is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze current business processes across departments and identify automation
opportunities.
- Design low-code/no-code solutions and code-based automation solutions using Power
Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Integrate data and workflows across platforms (e.g. SharePoint, SQL Server, ERP,
custom APIs).
- Implement robust, secure, and scalable process automation flows.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed automations for performance, reliability,
and compliance.
- Document automation designs, flow logic, and dependencies for operational
continuity.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and business teams to ensure
seamless process delivery.
- Apply logging, exception handling, and notification techniques to ensure business
continuity.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-powered services such as Microsoft AI Builder, Azure
Cognitive Services, or OpenAI APIs into automated workflows.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, QA Engineers, DevOps, and end-users to
deliver robust solutions.
