Job Description
- You are a dynamic and experienced Sr IoT Team Lead with expertise in various IoT platforms, preferably in ThingWorx. Your role involves designing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge IoT solutions, driving customer engagement, and contributing to technical pre-sales efforts. You will lead a talented team in designing and implementing scalable Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions using multiple IoT platforms. Your responsibilities include engaging in client communication, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. You will manage and mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Additionally, you will contribute to technical pre-sales activities, build applications for IoT using advanced technologies and IoT platforms, and work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate IIoT technologies into manufacturing ecosystems and business workflows. You will oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely execution and high-quality delivery. As a qualified candidate, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in IoT platforms, with at least 7 years in diverse IoT environments. You have strong expertise in project management and technical pre-sales engagements, as well as proven experience in client and vendor communication for successful collaboration. Experience in deploying IIoT solutions in manufacturing plants/customers and a PTC ThingWorx Associate Certification are preferred qualifications. Your technical expertise includes hands-on experience in medium/large-scale IoT solutions beyond ThingWorx, a strong understanding of gateways and communication protocols, proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and expertise in REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations. You also possess leadership and collaboration skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for creativity and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.
