We are currently seeking a full-time Training Program Instructor for a Robotics and AI Training Program based in Mumbai. The role involves designing and delivering training sessions, creating instructional materials, and offering customer service to address participant queries. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, developing training content, and supporting participants in understanding the material and resolving any issues they may encounter. Qualifications for this role include excellent communication and customer service skills, a strong background in training and development, experience in instructional design and educational content development, and knowledge of Robotics and AI (preferred). A Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. The successful candidate should be able to work independently, manage classroom environments, and demonstrate proven experience in conducting technical training sessions.
