Job Description
- As an RPA Developer with 5-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for analyzing, understanding, and documenting business processes in detail. Your role will involve designing, developing, and testing automation scripts using RPA technology such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. You will also be configuring and monitoring RPA tools and systems, identifying and debugging errors in automation processes, and integrating RPA systems with existing applications and databases. In this role, you will ensure the quality and functionality of automated processes and document the procedures followed in the automation process. You will be expected to maintain and update automated processes according to changes in system or business requirements, as well as monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of automated processes. Additionally, part of your responsibilities will include training users and other developers on how to use and manage RPA tools and systems. To be successful in this position, you should have 5-8 years of experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, or .NET is required. Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or any scripting language is also preferred. Experience developing and consuming APIs, familiarity with MEA Platform, and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) are essential for this role. Candidates with UiPath RPA Developer certifications are preferred but not required. Experience with Agile development methodology and databases (SQL or NoSQL) is a plus.
