As a Frontend Software Developer at Stokhos Research Capital, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing responsive, high-performance user interfaces for the firm's trading platforms. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, traders, and UX designers to create intuitive and efficient applications that support seamless trading operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based trading applications utilizing ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic. - Optimize applications for speed, efficiency, and scalability to facilitate real-time trading operations. - Implement and manage build processes using Webpack and package managers like npm. - Ensure the technical feasibility and maintainability of UI/UX designs. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and functional user experiences. - Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging frontend technologies to enhance our platforms continuously. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer. Preferred Skills: - Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and ReactJS. - Experience with Webpack and package managers like npm. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. - Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. - Proficiency in Git for version control. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a detail-oriented mindset. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Understanding of WebSockets for real-time data streaming. - Knowledge of automated testing frameworks for frontend applications.
