Position: Virtual Relationship Manager

Designation: M1 Assistant Manager

Job Type: Permanent, Work from Office

Location: Thane (Mumbai)

Salary: 3.50 LPA + Performance Linked Pay (as per policy)

Training Fee: 50,000 (Fully Refundable)

Graduate with minimum 50% marks (final year students can apply)

Postgraduates/Freshers welcome (MBA, BE, B.Tech eligible)

Age: Below 25 years (as on academy batch start date)
-
Experience: 0-5 years in sales (banking/non-banking preferred)
-
Excellent communication and sales skills
-
No immediate family members employed with the bank or its group companies
-
Should not have previously worked with the bank, its subsidiaries, or third-party vendors
-
Handle outbound calls with Wealth/Privy banking customers
-
Promote and cross-sell a range of banking products (liabilities, assets, cards, etc.)
-
Achieve sales, service quality, and NPS benchmarks
-
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently
-
Maintain accurate logs and adhere to process, quality, and security norms
-
100% office-based role (no fieldwork)
-
25,000 refundable after 1 year of continuous service
-
25,000 refundable after 2 years of continuous service
-
5-day work week
-
Sundays off + 1 rotational leave
-
Permanent office-based role no travel or field visits required
