Job Description

    We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled DevOps Technical Support Junior to deliver exceptional technical support to overseas projects, operating in rotational shifts to ensure round-the-clock availability. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex issues spanning cloud platforms, networking, application architectures, and DevOps toolchains. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, a team player, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning. You will provide technical support and address issues related to cloud platforms and services such as Fargate, ECS, DynamoDB, BigQuery, and SNS. Understanding problems by analyzing logs and metrics from various sources using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Splunk will be crucial. Additionally, you will be tasked with resolving networking challenges, including load balancers, API gateways, reverse proxies, and service-to-service communications. Working on client-server communications, firewalls, and virtual machines will also be part of your role. Collaborating with DevOps teams to manage and troubleshoot toolchains such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Ingress Controllers is essential. You will serve as the initial point of contact for technical queries, escalating issues when necessary. Collaborating with development and operations teams to identify root causes and effectively resolve incidents is key. Documenting troubleshooting steps, solutions, and maintaining a knowledge base for recurring issues will be part of your routine. Working with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for monitoring and incident response is also expected, along with participating in shift handovers and providing timely updates on ongoing issues. **Technical Skills** **Cloud Platforms and Services** - Hands-on experience with Fargate and ECS for managing and troubleshooting containerized workloads. - Proficiency in DynamoDB and BigQuery for data analysis and decision-making. - Knowledge of SNS for debugging message delivery issues and integration workflows. **Monitoring and Logging Tools** - Proficiency in CloudWatch Logs, Loki, and Splunk for log analysis. - Hands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana for metrics analysis. - Understanding of Alert Manager for alert configuration and management. - Ability to interpret metrics from various sources and derive actionable insights. **Networking and Security** - Understanding of load balancers (e.g., ALB, NLB) for traffic distribution. - Knowledge of API Gateways like AWS API Gateway or NGINX. - Familiarity with reverse proxies and ingress controllers. - Understanding of service-to-service communications and related protocols. - Hands-on experience with firewalls, security groups, and IAM roles. **DevOps Toolchains** - Proficiency in Docker for managing container images. - Understanding of Kubernetes concepts for deployments and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline building tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD. - Understanding of Ingress controllers and SSL termination for routing security. **Troubleshooting and Incident Management** - Strong problem-solving skills using logs, metrics, and debugging. - Ability to document detailed troubleshooting steps and solutions. **Collaboration and Communication** - Working effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in proactive communication and issue escalation. - Skills in collaboration tools like Slack, JIRA, Confluence, or Google Workspace. **Experience Required** Technical Support Engineer with a minimum of 0.5 years of experience. **Job Types** Full-time, Permanent **Benefits** - Health insurance - Provident Fund **Shift** Rotational shift **Work Days** Monday to Friday **Education** Bachelor's degree preferred **Experience** - Technical support: 1 year preferred - Total work: 1 year preferred **Work Location** In-person,
