We are currently seeking applications for the position of Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management. In this role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders and multiple clients to drive operational risk management, monitor risks, and ensure proactive mitigation. You will provide risk management support to the operating team in Jodhpur, integrating new risk processes and standards seamlessly. Conducting in-person awareness sessions and working with operating leaders to embed a strong risk culture will be a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will develop and implement risk assessment frameworks for F&A processes, enhancing risk visibility for Genpact stakeholders and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Drive operational risk management and ensure proactive mitigation - Provide risk management support to the operating team in Jodhpur - Conduct awareness sessions and collaborate with operating leaders to embed a strong risk culture - Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks for F&A processes - Represent the risk & compliance function during client visits, audits, and leadership discussions - Interpret and connect risk data points, highlighting emerging threats and necessary actions for leadership Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: - Relevant experience in operational risk management, compliance, and governance - Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities - Experience in implementing risk assessment frameworks for F&A processes - Excellent communication and facilitation skills - Prior experience in leading and mentoring a risk & compliance team - Strong time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Preferred qualifications: - Masters degree in business administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field - Hands-on experience in implementing global risk management frameworks - Proven track record in leading cross-functional risk initiatives and process improvements - Exposure to AI-driven risk analytics, data governance, and emerging risk technologies Location: India-Gurugram Education: Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent Job Posting Date: Mar 17, 2025 Join us and be a part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of enterprise risk management at Genpact.,
