Job Description
- You will be working as a Process Associate, Data Analyst at Genpact, a global professional services firm focused on delivering innovative solutions and outcomes that drive success for clients. Reporting to the manager of Master Data Management (MDM), you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to maintain, analyze, and execute requests related to Product Master within customer, vendor, or product domains. The role requires expertise in SAP MDM and a keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables. Your responsibilities will include following standard operating processes, taking ownership of assigned Master data processes, ensuring quality and accuracy, prioritizing workloads to meet timelines, updating and maintaining master data records in SAP, and adhering to SLAs. You will also be responsible for maintaining reports, following SOPs, raising incident tickets when necessary, participating in improvement activities, and aligning data management processes with business value chains. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of SAP ERP or relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include strong customer handling skills, advanced proficiency in MS Office, problem-solving abilities, high energy levels, and the willingness to collaborate with business units and process experts to address master data issues.
