We are currently seeking applications for the position of Principal Consultant, Scrum Master. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the coding, testing, and delivering high-quality deliverables. Additionally, you should be open to learning about new technologies. Responsibilities: - Working on existing and new initiatives within the applications development teams. - Serving the Product Owner by ensuring goals, scope, and product domain are well understood by the Scrum Team. - Finding effective techniques for Product Backlog management and helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items. - Understanding product planning in an empirical environment and ensuring maximization of value in the Product Backlog. - Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality, assisting in creating high-value products, and removing impediments to progress. - Helping employees and stakeholders understand and utilize Scrum and empirical product development. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Certified Scrum Master - Experience of running Agile Squads - Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and clients of all levels. - Self-motivated with the capability to work consistently and efficiently, either individually or as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Visio. - Experience in investigating, summarizing, and presenting results in a meaningful format to clients and Senior Management. Qualifications we seek in you: - Minimum Qualifications: BE/B Tech/MCA - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Join us as a Principal Consultant in India-Hyderabad on a full-time basis.
