Job Description

Job Purpose

To recruit, train, and manage insurance agents/advisors in the agency channel, enabling them to sell life/health/general insurance products effectively and achieve business growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Identify, recruit, and activate potential insurance agents/advisors.

Guide new agents through licensing and onboarding processes.

2. Sales & Business Development

Drive sales of insurance products (life/health/Motor) through the agency channel.

Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.

Expand customer base through agent-driven prospecting and referrals.
