App Development & Support Engineer II @ Conduent

Requirement: We are seeking a VB.NET developer who has worked on VB.Net/VB6.0, ASP.NET, and VBA programming.

Job Level: App Dev & Support Engineer II u2013 C06 [4 u2013 7 Years]

Mandatory skills: VB.Net/VB6.0, ASP.NET, VBA, C#, MVC, XML, TortoiseSVN, Oracle, SQL

Qualifications / Experience:

• Bacheloru2019s/master's degree in computer science / computer engineering

• Minimum of 4+ yearsu2019 experience in building enterprise scale windows and web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.

• 2-3 Years working experience of UI/UX designs including HTML5, CSS3

• In-depth knowledge of design patterns and unit testing frameworks.

• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Understanding of security best practices in development.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Work along with development team to estimate, design, develop identified features/modules

• Design, develop, test and maintain web applications using .NET, VB6.0, VB.NET, C#, Web API, and ASP.NET.

• Creates technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.

• Analyzes codes to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.

• Review app and feature coding and plan future website upgrades with the development team

• Follow the Development and Process Standards.

• Create/maintain documentation for the software development life cycle.

• Establish good clear communication within the team and with other teams working on the product/application
