Job Description
- Follow project schedule
-
Plan & order for material required at site in 1 week advance to purchase manager
-
Coordinate with contractor, plumber, welder, electrician
-
Responsible to make payments to daily wage labor at site
-
Coordinate with supplier & logistics to ensure material availability at site
-
Responsible for local purchase of material short at site
-
Ensure safety of goods at site
-
Fill daily site expense sheet along with daily project status
-
Submit weekly project report to project head
-
Submit final project report after handover
-
Must follow companies standard process and policies
-
Must have basic knowledge of computer applications
-
Must have English reading & writing skills
-
At times Selected candidate shall be residing at the project location or within 1 km periphery from warehouse
