Power Apps Developer @ Softtek

Job Description

Job Summary: 

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse, with a strong background in delivering scalable and secure business applications. 

Roles & Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development: 

• Architect and develop canvas and model-driven Power Apps. 
• Automate workflows using Power Automate (Flow). 
• Design and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. 
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and other data sources. 

Enterprise Delivery: 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
• Ensure solutions are compliant with governance, security, and performance standards. 

Collaboration & Leadership: 

• Mentor junior developers and support team members. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and project managers. 
• Participate in code reviews and solution architecture discussions. 
• Maintenance & Support: 
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing Power Platform applications. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 
Expertise in: 

• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) 
• Power Automate 
• Power BI 
• SharePoint Online 
• Dataverse / CDS 
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure services. 
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and custom connectors. 
• Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform. 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience working with clients for enterprise environments. 
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and receiving recognition for collaboration and quality. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.
