Job Description
- The primary purpose of this position is to establish the Operations support on Microsoft cloud based and Vendor based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) service built and provide 24x7 operational supports
- This includes the operations, maintenance and troubleshooting all components for the MFA infrastructure and dependencies
- It will also provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance
- You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters

Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and maintaining multifactor authentication services, applications integrations and support activities related to development, enhancement need in the multifactor authentication solutions
- Responsible to manage the Azure EntraID based multifactor authentication
- Should have knowledge on Linux based systems, Tomcat, Apache, will be an added advantage
- Should have sound knowledge on administrating user identities through the Microsoft portal and understand the user experience after configuration changes through portal
- Ensuring secure login through enabling the Conditional Access policies and registration Campaigns
- Understanding the latest Microsoft security standards and ensuring the security features without interrupting the user authentications
- Knowledge on Passkeys, FIDO based authentications, Password less authentication and MFA tools like authenticator, google authenticator their features, flaws and updates
- Knowledge on handling Microsoft SSPR
- Sound Knowledge on various privileged roles like Application Administrator, Application Developer, Attach Payload author, Custom roles etc '
- Knowledge on Securing privileged access for hybrid and cloud deployments in Microsoft Entra ID
- Resolve/Respond on moderate to complex (P1, P2, and P3) incidents and problems effectively and in a timely manner
- Identify improvements in security operations procedures and participate in automation projects
- Support issues resolution related to MFA services, new user registration, authentication factor reset, unlock, VPN access, MFA authentication types, token management and reporting for tokens
- Knowledge on various log analysis tools and proficient in handling large files
- Sound knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ready to do on-call duty support during weekends, holidays & out of office hours on rotational basis
- Monitor information technology and security feeds to keep up with the latest trends and emerging threats
- Work in shifts with efficient and accurate handover procedures
- Adhere to SLAbased on the client agreements
