Job Description

FTE Allocation: 0.60.7 FTE (slightly less than full-time, workload depends on invoice/tax compliance cycles).
Role Purpose
Specialized in managing SAP Ariba Invoicing and Tax Invoicing modules. Ensures compliance with global tax regulations and optimizes invoice automation, PO flips, and supplier payment processes.
Qualifications
4+ years of SAP Ariba Invoicing and/or Tax Invoicing experience.
Strong finance and accounting background (AP/AR processes).
Knowledge of electronic invoicing regulations (Latin America, US, EU preferred).
Experience with SAP ECC/S4 integration for AP processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

Configure and support Ariba Invoicing, PO flip, and electronic payment workflows.
Ensure tax compliance within the Ariba framework (e.g., VAT, local tax rules).
Collaborate with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to streamline invoice approval.
Monitor system integrations with SAP S/4HANA for invoice posting and payments.
Provide testing, error resolution, and reporting for financial transactions.
Support audits and compliance initiatives.
