Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Large Language Models open-source LLMs AI and ML concepts GenAI basics and Python. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive innovation and impact society positively. The position requires no travel and follows a day shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced solutions using Large Language Models to enhance our product offerings and meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate open-source LLMs into existing systems ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Apply AI and ML concepts to design and optimize algorithms that improve data processing and decision-making capabilities.
- Utilize GenAI basics to create innovative applications that address complex business challenges and drive growth.
- Write efficient and scalable Python code to support the development of robust software solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables and minimize errors.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies to continuously improve our development processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by effectively managing tasks and prioritizing workloads.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by developing solutions that enhance user experiences and drive societal impact.
Document technical processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer and support future development efforts.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of Large Language Models and their applications in real-world scenarios.
- Demonstrate proficiency in open-source LLMs and their integration into software systems.
- Exhibit expertise in AI and ML concepts with a focus on practical implementation and optimization.
- Have foundational knowledge of GenAI basics and their application in innovative solutions.
- Show advanced skills in Python programming with a track record of developing scalable and efficient code.
- Display excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
