Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer (React) to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in React.js, front-end architecture, and modern web development practices, along with proven leadership experience to mentor a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end development of React-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Define front-end architecture, coding standards, and best practices for the team.
- Review and optimize code for efficiency, reusability, and maintainability.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Manage project timelines, task prioritization, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and issue resolution.
