Job Description
Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5+ years of experience as a Scrum master including elements of Delivery, project management and managing technology teams
- 2+ years working with DevOps and CI CD technologies
- Good understanding of SDLC best practices, cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
- Good exposure to IT Infrastructure/Environment Set up and hands on experience in End to End Implementation for digital platforms is preferred.
- Experience working in fast paced agile environments and cross functional teams
Knowledge & Skills (Key):
- Proven project management and Scrum Master expertise.
- Strong working experience using Agile and DevOps
- Good knowledge of support tools used (Service Now, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) is desirable.
- Experience of working with global application development, infrastructure and support teams
- Experience in system integration, platform upgrades and migration activities
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills, results oriented
- Experience in project resource estimation
- Strong coaching and mentoring ability
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent Customer & stakeholder management skills.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (DESIRABLE):
- Experience with Asset management/Operations/IT support teams would be desirable.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau would be an added advantage
- Experience with enterprise program and project management tools would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, DevOps
- Exposure to people management
