Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, maintain professionalism, and handle confidential information
  • Familiarity with banking software and systems will be preferable.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Front Desk Management

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.

Direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.

Manage the waiting area, ensuring it's clean and well-stocked with necessary materials.


  • Administrative Tasks

Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages when necessary.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery.

Booking Guest House and Hotel Accommodation.

Perform data entry, filing, and document preparation as needed.


  • Customer Service

Provide general information on banking services and policies.

Assist customers with routine banking transactions.

Escalate complex issues to relevant personnel.

Event Coordination

Support for Event Management.
